Recognizing the vital role of servers and bartenders within the restaurant service sector, Mitch Rotolo collaborated with esteemed partners including 225 Magazine, Raising Cane's, Rouses, Vinformatix, and Hoopla. Together, they orchestrated an impactful gift card campaign aimed at providing crucial support to sustain employment for our invaluable service industry professionals. Endorsed by Baton Rouge's Mayor Broome, the "Keep BR Serving" gift card campaign was conceived and brought to life virtually overnight,
Being a part of the restaurant industry, I found myself furloughed shortly after the onset of the lockdowns. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, we aimed to present this campaign to the mayor within a mere 24 hours of its inception. Driven by a profound desire to assist my industry, I willingly embraced the task of branding the "Keep BR Serving" campaign.
