This partnership, deeply rooted in Louisiana's culinary heritage, not only resonated remarkably well with enthusiasts of both brands but also captured significant media attention. Notable highlights included engaging live TV segments in Lafayette featuring Mitch Rotolo and Celeste Chachere, a prominent article in Nation's Restaurant News, and coverage on Yahoo! News. This extensive media outreach collectively reached approximately 16 million individuals across a diverse range of platforms and audiences.

The collaboration with Tony's in the spring of 2022 proved immensely successful, prompting the expansion of the partnership into the fall season. This extension gave rise to a fresh array of menu offerings, skillfully crafted with Tony Chachere's products to delight our patrons. To amplify awareness about this extended collaboration, I created an entirely new comprehensive suite of in-store and online marketing materials. These materials prominently incorporated Tony Chachere's 50th Anniversary retro logo along with Rotolo's original logo, adding a touch of nostalgia and celebrating the enduring legacy of both brands.
